My name is Kathy Rodriguez, Founder of The Community Table.  I've worked in the Non-Profit Sector for over 20 years and due to my passion to serve, I wanted to create something to better serve my community.   I've held positions as a Drug/Alcohol Counselor within the Department of Corrections, HIV Program Coordinator, Domestic Violence Counselor, Batterer's Intervention Facilitator, and Administrative Roles.  My goal is to provide services in both English and Spanish venturing from Group Facilitating, Support Services for Teens and Young Adults, and be of service to the Latino Community.   Not only to provide the above-noted services but to connect individuals to other providers to fit their needs.

I've received my certifications in the following areas of services being offered:  Certified Batterer's Intervention Facilitator, Anger Management Facilitator, Alternatives to Violence/Conflict Resolution Facilitator, and am a Certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA).
